This class is for anyone who wants to move well and feel fantastic. Classes designed to stimulate brain/mind function, coordination, and physical strength. You will use your body and brain to feel younger, stronger and fit! Slow, easy movements progress to complex active movements. Please dress comfortably and bring a big towel and pillow. Online Class. Go to ZOOM.us to download ZOOM prior to class. After registration, Instructor will e-mail you the Zoom Meeting link. Please show up to first class 10 minutes early to check your connection and familiarize yourself. Please ensure that the name on your Zoom account matches the name registered for the class.
