About this Course

This program was created to give young athletes a safe and positive first step to “America’s Game”. We have created age appropriate drills and games that teach beginners the fundamentals of football in a safe environment with lots of encouragement and a big focus on fun! Our development objectives include passing, rushing, receiving, flag pulling, agility, balance, body movement, coordination, self-esteem, teamwork and sportsmanship.
