About this Course

Pregnancy is a unique and special time in a woman’s life. Her body is changing daily while she grows her baby. With those changes come excitement and anticipation, aches and discomforts, and an opportunity for exploration and renewal. Join us as we work with the pregnant body and learn which movements can help stretch, strengthen and tone the body in expectation of labor. You’ll learn stretches and postures that you can practice at home as you move through this dynamic time in your life. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring: yoga mat, set of yoga blocks and a strap, beach towel or thick blanket. No class 11/24.
