About this Course

Meet @ Borges Ranch @ 1035 Castle Rock Road, Walnut Creek This event is a collaboration between Walnut Creek Sustainability, Open Space, and Oaklash. The great outdoors has never looked this good! Come one, come all for a playful promenade on Walnut Creek’s trails! This 1.5-mile hike welcomes all ages and features plenty of stops to soak up the scenery, learn about local history, and celebrate the flora and fauna of the open spaces. We’ll also be joined by a dazzling drag performer who will bring extra excitement to our walk! After the hike led by our park ranger, there will be a fun and interactive activity to celebrate both nature and Pride! Bring your comfy shoes, water, and your most colorful walking gear. We can’t wait to hike, laugh, and learn with you! 🌈✨ Program is free. Participant should bring Water and hiking shoes. This is an outdoor event. All ages, all levels welcome. 14 and under should come with a parent/adult.
