About this Course

Leap Day on the Tomales Bay! Visit Hog Island Oyster Co. farm in Marshall for a behind the scenes Farm Tour. Learn all about oysters, how they farm them, the marine environment in which they grow, and how to shuck and taste an oyster. After your tour is done, we'll head down the road to Tony’s Seafood, owned and operated by Hog Island Oyster Company. We'll have an oyster tasting with a family-style lunch, including non-alcoholic beverage, and dessert. Tour includes van transportation, private farm tour, oyster tasting and lunch, and all gratuities. We will be outside for the duration of the 1.5 hour tour. Please wear athletic shoes and bring layered clothing as it can be quite cool on Tomales Bay. No refunds for cancellations unless a replacement is booked.
