About this Course

For organizations, businesses, and families/groups who are interested in participating in the 2023 Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation Trunk or Treat as Trunk Vendors in "Trick or Treat" lot. Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation Annual Trunk-or-Treat event, is a free event for the community and is a favorite among many. On Friday, Oct. 27, 2023 from 3:00pm - 6:00pm, Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation will welcome 5,000+ community members to our event and we’re looking for you—local businesses, non-profits, schools, and families, etc.—to serve as Trunk Vendors in our "trick-or-treat" lot at Civic Park. For three hours, your staff will have the opportunity to provide treats (i.e. candy, toys, stickers etc.) and information about your organization to 5,000+ guests as community members come around to each trunk...and have a little fall fun, of course! Registration Fee? Free What’s included/involved in a Trunk Booth? • One parking spot for “trunk-or-treat” space to use for your organization’s vehicle. • You’re responsible for providing a treat to hand out and staffing your Trunk. And don’t forget to decorate your space, guests love it! • We encourage you to share brochures, giveaways, etc. to promote your organization. Just remember, handing out a treat is number one priority for this event. What promotional perks do treat vendors receive? • Opportunity to interact with 5,000+ community members. • Company logo listed on the Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation Trunk or Treat event webpage at walnutcreekrec.org • Social media mentions leading up to the event on the Walnut Creek Arts + Recreation Facebook, Instagram and newsletters. • Company name included in event press release and other event marketing materials as space allows.
