About this Course

Theater Camp at Camp Community Arts offers creative theater arts experiences for students ages 8-12. Students will go on a journey into the world of theatre, obtaining the foundational skills necessary for any actor’s tool belt while collectively working towards writing and performing short plays. In addition, students will develop critical theatrical skills such as acting, staging, set and costume design, and so much more. Over the course of four weeks, students will work towards putting together a performance of short plays for family and friends at the end of camp on stage at the Shadelands Auditorium.
