Whether you have done many Awareness through Movement Classes or you are just beginning, this class will provide new layers of learning to how you move through your life. Classes consist of novel movement sequences, ranging from simple to complex, which you approach with the utmost of ease. Many classes will be done while lying or sitting on the floor or a mat, some may be done sitting on a chair. Bring a towel, mat, or blanket to lie on and small pillow or cushion.
