Experience a soothing sound bath designed to promote deep relaxation and balance for the body and mind. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and Native American flute, participants will be guided into a meditative state where healing vibrations help reduce stress and increase awareness of the body’s sensations. Meditation will be done seated or lying down, allowing space for embodiment, receptivity, and a deeper connection to self. Come as you are, and let the sounds restore harmony and inner peace. Wear loose, comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow (bolster).
