About this Course

This summer camp is carefully designed for children, teens and young adults who have special needs. The cost of camp is $650 however, the City of Walnut Creek's Social Services Division is committed to making camp accessible for all. Each participant is eligible for financial support for up to 2 weeks of camp. If a participant would like to attend more than 2 weeks of camp, that participant may pay the full cost of camp ($650). Amount of assistance will be based on household income and can range between 20% to 90% support. SCHOLARSHIP REGISTRATION: To begin registration, please fill out a scholarship form located at https://www.communityarts.org/community/financial-aid or email artsrec@walnut-creek.org and request the link to be emailed to you. When filling out the scholarship, where it says "Summer Camp Name" put Spec Rec and "Summer Camp Course Number" put the Course ID for that week.
