About this Course

Please join instructors Joline Sewell and Regula Weigelt for Adaptive Cardio Fitness. This class is tailored to be adaptive and inclusive of all abilities for participants with special needs. Classes will focus on different exercise techniques and different equipment. Our goal is to make our bodies more flexible, our muscles and hearts strong, and our minds calm - all to a fun playlist! Come prepared with stretchy pants, comfortable sneakers, a bottle of water, and a smile. Can’t wait to see you there! After registration, RCEB clients must contact their case manager to request a POS. The City of Walnut Creek is not responsible for submitting POS requests. Participants are not eligible to participate if a POS has not been received by the course start date. Our vendor number with RCEB is PB3437. Include the course ID, name of course, dates of course, price, and vendor number in the POS request sent to your case manager.
