Let’s prepare a comfort Thai meal for cold months. Learn about Thai culinary philosophy and recognize Thai flavors and create wonderful Thai comfort dishes. Learn to use many herbs and spices found in Thai cuisine such as lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime and Thai Basil. We will prepare dishes such as hot and sour chicken coconut soup, stir-fried noodles with Thai basil, and aromatic yellow curry. Each person please bring a sharp chef’s knife or clever, cutting board, hand towels, your own plate, bowl, eating utensil and beverage. Registration fee includes food supplies.
