About this Course

GrowFit started as a physical education company with the whole child in mind. GrowFit Curriculum was built to make physical education accessible and fun for all kiddos through professionally designed lesson plans that focus on social and emotional learning. To keep your kids active and energized during school breaks, GrowFit Camp provides a safe place for children to learn and play new sports and games. Campers are asked to wear athletic clothing and sneakers (no cleats, please). They are also asked to bring two water bottles, several snacks and a hearty lunch.
