About this Course

Learn the process of working with clay and constructing sculpted objects from abstract to figurative. Investigate broad artistic concepts like representation, narrative, and aesthetics while learning techniques including pinch, slab, coil and hollowing. Surface texture and treatments both ceramic and nontraditional will also be addressed. No wheel work will be taught.
