About this Course

This is an all-around creative class! Students begin by exploring a painting technique of pressing natural and synthetic textures onto paint and paper. Discussing mark-making, pattern, texture, color, and design. Students will discover that unlikely objects can generate beautiful and surprising art. The students will then use their original paintings to create wonderful greeting cards, gift bags, bookmarkers, and whatever else we can imagine. The children get to be creative, and the results are very fun! $5 supply fee due at first class.
