About this Course

Let’s prepare a light Thai meal for summer months. Learn about Thai culinary philosophy and recognize Thai tastes and flavors and create wonderful popular Thai dishes. Learn to use many herbs and spices found in Thai cuisine such as lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime and Thai Basil. We will prepare dishes such as hot and sour prawn soup, fresh salad greens with lime vinaigrette, and stir-fried noodles with Thai basil. Please bring a sharp chef’s knife or clever, cutting board, hand towels, your own plate, bowl, eating utensils, and beverage. Registration covers food fee.
