Summer is the time of abundance in a variety of salad greens. Let’s transform these light and healthy earth’s gifts to a delicious summer meal. We’ll prepare three Asian delicious salads with all sorts of local vegetables and pair them with popular Asian dressings such as Thai green mango with fresh squid and spicy lime vinaigrette, Grilled chicken with crunchy noodle salad and honey black bean dressing, and Assorted greens with Aromatic coconut curry dressing. Please bring a sharp chef’s knife or clever, cutting board, hand towels, your own plate, bowl, eating utensils, and beverage. Registration covers food fee.
