Dim Sum means "a little bit of heart," and these little savories and sweets surely gladden the heart and palate. We will learn to use a variety of specialties and techniques of filling and wrapping in hands-on preparing 3 delicious dim sum dishes, such as Pork & Shrimp Dumplings, Pot Stickers, BBQ Pork Buns, and Chive Cakes. Please bring a sharp chef's knife or clever, cutting board, hand towels, your own plate, saucer, eating utensils and beverage. Registration fee includes food supplies.
