About this Course

Class fee covers parent and daughter. Taking this course gives moms and their daughters a common experience and context for better communication around the topic of gender violence. Students build the skills, self-confidence and situational awareness needed to avoid, escape, deescalate, and/or defend themselves in almost any confrontational situation. Physical techniques adapted from several martial art styles and taught in an emotionally and physically safe environment. Shorts not recommended. Register under child's name. Bring water.
